Fitness Classes

Fitness Classes are great for anyone who may not be interested in traditional karate but still want to benefit physically from martial art based training. Whether it’s for weight loss, toning, strength, overall fitness, boxing, martial art techniques or basic self-defence, we can create a fitness program to help people get the results they want.

Personal Training

Personal training is also a great way to introduce someone to fitness and martial arts training, and gives a more specific, individual exercise program. Sessions can be run 1 on 1 or in small groups and are available for private, corporate or school groups anytime throughout the week. Many times it is also a great stepping stone to beginning traditional karate.

Private Tuition

Karate students can greatly benefit from private tuition. It helps students learn and retain new curriculum, lets them focus on problem areas, asks questions and is a great way to polish and refine techniques and build confidence before a testing. Private session can also help to catch up lessons if students have missed their regular classes.
