Fitness Classes are great for anyone who may not be interested in traditional karate but still want to beneﬁt physically from martial art based training. Whether it’s for weight loss, toning, strength, overall ﬁtness, boxing, martial art techniques or basic self-defence, we can create a fitness program to help people get the results they want.
Personal training is also a great way to introduce someone to ﬁtness and martial arts training, and gives a more specific, individual exercise program. Sessions can be run 1 on 1 or in small groups and are available for private, corporate or school groups anytime throughout the week. Many times it is also a great stepping stone to beginning traditional karate.
Karate students can greatly beneﬁt from private tuition. It helps students learn and retain new curriculum, lets them focus on problem areas, asks questions and is a great way to polish and reﬁne techniques and build confidence before a testing. Private session can also help to catch up lessons if students have missed their regular classes.
